1. Definitions

"Vektor Group" refers to Meridian Land Ventures LLC operating as Vektor Group from Tallinn, Estonia. "Client" refers to any person or company requesting services. "Carrier" refers to the transport company performing physical movement. "Services" refers to freight coordination provided by Vektor Group.

2. Scope

Vektor Group acts as a freight coordinator arranging transport between clients and carriers. We do not own or operate vehicles. All transport is performed by independent carrier companies under their own licences and insurance.

3. Quotations

Valid 7 days. Subject to fuel surcharges, tolls and customs duties. Final pricing confirmed upon booking.

4. Carrier Liability

Subject to CMR Convention. Liability limited to 8.33 SDR per kg of gross weight. Additional cargo insurance available on request.

5. Client Obligations

Accurate goods declaration, proper packaging, correct addresses, timely availability for collection, and necessary customs documentation.

6. Payment

Payment terms as agreed per customer contract. 1.5% monthly interest on late payments. Services may be suspended for overdue accounts.

7. Cancellation

Free if 48+ hours before collection. Up to 50% fee within 24 hours. 100% charge for no-shows.

8. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays from weather, strikes, government actions, customs delays, road closures or ferry cancellations.

9. Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes submitted to courts of Tallinn unless otherwise agreed.
