Class 1 Explosives: ADR 2027 Table A Changes

Class 1 is the narrowest set in the 2027 amendments. Five changes reach two UN numbers, every one of them in column 9a, and every one an addition. Nothing is deleted and no entry is renamed, so a planner who knows the 2025 explosives table will recognise all of it.

This page carries only the Table A changes affecting explosive substances and articles. 5 individual changes across 2 UN numbers.

The amendments are proposed and not yet in force: under UN depositary notification C.N.252.2026 they are deemed accepted unless at least one third of the ADR Contracting Parties, or five of them, object by 1 October 2026, and then enter into force on 1 January 2027. Under 1.6.1.1 as amended, ADR 2025 may then still be used until 30 June 2027 unless otherwise specified.
