ADR 2027 Table A changes, Class 3, flammable liquids

Class 3 is the opposite shape to class 2. Eighteen changes land on only three UN numbers, so the entries that move, move a lot. Ten of the eighteen replace a value rather than add one, and the changes reach the name in column 2 as well as the special provisions, which means an entry a planner already knows may now read differently.

This page carries only the Table A changes affecting flammable liquids such as solvents, alcohols and coatings. 18 individual changes across 3 UN numbers. The amendments are adopted but do not enter into force until 1 January 2027, and ADR 2025 remains usable until 30 June 2027.

The most changed column in this class is column 2, with 3 of the 18 changes.
