Collection & Inspection

Our carrier collects at the agreed time. Every vehicle gets a full walk-around photo inspection at pickup. Existing damage is recorded. VIN verified. CMR consignment note prepared and signed. You receive the photos via WhatsApp.

Vehicles are secured with wheel straps on hydraulic decks. You receive WhatsApp updates at pickup, during transit, and before delivery. Your coordinator is reachable throughout.

Carrier Insurance & Liability

Every carrier holds mandatory CMR transport insurance. We verify certificates before assigning any shipment. Standard CMR covers ~€10-12/kg. For high-value vehicles, we arrange extended coverage through the carrier on request. If damage occurs, you deal with one person at Vektor. We coordinate the claim on your behalf.

Photo Documentation Standard

Every vehicle photographed from all angles at pickup and delivery: front, rear, sides, corners, roof, interior, dashboard, odometer. All damage recorded on the CMR. Photos sent via WhatsApp within minutes. This is standard on every shipment, not an add-on.

Damage Discovered at Delivery

Driver and recipient compare the vehicle condition against the pickup photo report. Any new damage is photographed immediately and noted on the CMR consignment note before you sign. Do not sign without noting the damage.

Vektor Notified Within 1 Hour

You send us the delivery photos and the annotated CMR. We compare against the pickup photo set. If the damage is new and transport-related, we open a formal claim immediately. You deal with us only.

Carrier’s Insurer Contacted Within 24 Hours

We file the claim with the carrier and their CMR insurer, including all photo evidence, the CMR, and a repair estimate if available. We handle all communication. You are never in contact with the carrier’s insurance.

We already have a transport provider. Why switch?+

We are not asking you to switch. Most dealers we work with had an existing provider when we first spoke. But what happens when your current provider cannot take a load, has delays, or raises prices without notice? Most dealers need a reliable backup, especially during busy import periods. Try us with one car. If we are better, you will know. If not, you have lost nothing and you still have a backup option.

How do I know you will not damage my cars?+

Every vehicle gets a full photo-documented condition report at pickup and delivery. All existing damage is recorded before the car goes on the carrier. At delivery, the condition is compared against the pickup report. Any new damage is documented on the CMR before you sign. All carriers are CMR insured. If anything happens in transit, we handle the entire claims process. You deal with one person at Vektor, not the carrier, not an insurance company. Our damage guarantee process is published on this page because we believe transparency builds trust.

Your price seems too good. What is the catch?+

There is no catch. The economics are simple: your driver collects 1-2 cars per trip. Our carrier moves 7-9 cars on the same run. The per-car cost is dramatically lower because you are sharing the truck with other dealers. We publish our rate bands on this page. The price we quote is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges added after the fact. No extra fees at delivery. We make our margin from the difference between the carrier rate and the customer rate. That is the entire business model. Nothing hidden.

I have never heard of Vektor Group. How do I know you are legitimate?+

That is a fair question. We are an freight brokerage headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, operating under Meridian Land Ventures LLC. Our carrier network includes 40+ verified partners with a combined fleet of 1,000+ vehicles across 14 countries. Every carrier is checked: EU Community License verified, CMR insurance confirmed. We publish sample carrier profiles on this page so you can see the caliber of operators we work with. But the best proof is a trial: give us one car on your next import. If we deliver on time and undamaged with full documentation, we have earned your trust. If not, you have lost nothing.

We drive the cars ourselves. It works fine.+

Many of our clients started the same way. But between driver wages, fuel, hotels, tolls, and vehicle wear, plus 2-3 days your driver is not available for local work, the true per-car cost is usually €500-800. What if the price changes after I accept?+

It does not. The price we quote is the price you pay. Period. We do not add fuel surcharges after the fact. We do not increase the rate when the truck arrives. We do not charge extra for documentation or standard handling. If circumstances change and we genuinely cannot fulfill at the quoted rate, we tell you before pickup and you are free to cancel with no penalty. But in practice this does not happen. We quote rates we can deliver on.
