Post-Brexit. Customs Cleared. Channel Crossing Managed.

Moving goods between the UK and EU since Brexit requires customs declarations, T1/T2 transit documents, EORI numbers, and commodity code classification. We coordinate the freight, the Channel crossing, and the documentation so your cargo clears without delays.

Key facts

UK to EU customs freight with clearance handled end to end. Import and export declarations, T1 transit and the paperwork that keeps post-Brexit loads moving.

What We Handle

Export and import documentation

Commercial invoices, packing lists, commodity codes, customs declarations. We ensure paperwork is correct before the truck reaches the port. Errors cause delays and fines.

Channel crossing coordination

Dover-Calais ferry or Eurotunnel booking. Carrier schedules aligned with crossing times. No truck sitting at the port waiting for a slot.

T1/T2 transit procedures

Transit documents for goods moving through or into the EU customs territory. We coordinate with customs brokers on both sides.

EORI and VAT compliance

Your EORI number processed correctly on all declarations. UK VAT and EU reverse charge handled. Postponed VAT accounting where applicable.

★★★★★

"Post-Brexit freight was a nightmare until we found a partner who actually understands the documentation. Vektor handles the customs side so our trucks do not get stuck at Dover."

The reference has to exist before the wheels reach the port

Post Brexit UK movements fail on documentation rather than on freight. A GVMS goods movement reference, a valid EORI and a T1 or T2 transit declaration all have to be raised before arrival. A driver who reaches the port without them does not get a later sailing, they get turned away, and on specialist equipment the next slot may be days out.

  • T1 for non Union goods, T2 for Union goods moving through a third country
  • EORI numbers are required on both sides of the movement, and a missing one stops the file
  • Dangerous goods crossing the Channel Tunnel must be declared in advance, with classes 1 and 7 refused
  • Ferry operators publish their own dangerous goods restrictions separate from ADR
