You send us the delivery photos and the annotated CMR. We compare against the pickup photo set. If the damage is new and transport-related, we open a formal claim immediately. You deal with us only.
We file the claim with the carrier and their CMR insurer, including all photo evidence, the CMR, and a repair estimate if available. We handle all communication. You are never in contact with the carrier’s insurance.
We give you a clear timeline for resolution. Standard CMR claims are typically settled within 30-60 days. We keep you updated at every stage. If the carrier disputes, we escalate on your behalf.
