Poland → Benelux
Vehicle Transport
Our best-margin corridor. Polish carriers run loaded trucks westward (NL/BE to Poland) importing used cars, then return with empty or partial loads. We buy that backhaul capacity at a discount and pass the savings to you.
Route Details
Pickup Regions
Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Gdańsk, Łódź, Szczecin, all major Polish cities
Delivery Areas
Netherlands (all postcodes), Belgium (all postcodes). Multi-drop across both countries in a single run.
Pricing
Warsaw-Amsterdam corridor (~1,200km) is the primary route. Western Polish cities (Poznań, Wrocław) are closer and slightly cheaper. Full-load rates are highly competitive.
What Makes This Corridor Different
An established car carrier fleet partner operates 80+ units on the Poland-Germany-Benelux corridor. This is their core route with weekly scheduled departures.
Polish auction and dealer pickups coordinated across multiple cities in one run. Poznań, Wrocław, and Warsaw pickups consolidated into a single load.
Transit via Germany with no intermediate unloading. Direct routing through the A2/A1 motorway corridor.
Ideal for Dutch and Belgian dealers buying from Polish auctions and trade platforms.
Polish weekend restrictions remove parts of the schedule
Poland restricts heavy trucks at summer weekends, taking out Friday evening, Saturday morning and much of Sunday between late June and the end of August. On a long car carrier run to the Benelux those windows decide whether delivery lands on Friday or the following Monday.
- Plan the departure so the restricted window falls on a rest period rather than mid route
- Poland has deep carrier capacity, which usually makes the lane competitive on price
- Dutch kilometres have carried the vrachtwagenheffing since 1 July 2026
- Backhaul from the Benelux into Poland is reasonable, which helps the round trip economics
