Benelux Corridors

Daily FTL departures between Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.

Key facts

Benelux road freight corridors. The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg connected to DACH, the Nordics and the Baltics, including chemical and ADR lanes via Rotterdam and Antwerp.

What changed on Benelux lanes in July 2026

The Benelux is the densest freight region in Europe and it just got more expensive to drive through. On 1 July 2026 the Netherlands introduced the vrachtwagenheffing and withdrew the Eurovignette, so every truck over 3,500 kg now pays per kilometre on motorways and on part of the provincial and municipal network. Belgium has charged per kilometre through Viapass for years, so a Rotterdam to Antwerp run is now tolled on both sides of the border.

The rules and figures behind this page are published by the Dutch Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate and by the EU road transport pages.

  • Dutch rates run from 2.2 to 42.5 cent per kilometre by weight, euro class and CO2 class, averaging 19.1 cent in 2026
  • A temporary 22.3 percent discount applies from 1 September to 31 December 2026
  • The Westerscheldetunnel prohibits flammable gases, which reroutes some ADR traffic in Zeeland entirely
  • Antwerp, Rotterdam, Moerdijk and Terneuzen give this region the deepest tank and storage capacity in Europe

Why This Corridor

The Benelux region is Europe's logistics heartland. The ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam handle over 600 million tonnes of cargo annually. Manufacturers throughout Flanders, Brabant and North Rhine-Westphalia need reliable, high-frequency transport to keep their supply chains moving. We provide that reliability with competitive pricing from our deep carrier network in the region.

The lanes sit behind this table, every one of them 600 km or longer. If yours is not listed it is still priced the same way, against a carrier already running the return leg.

Distances are road distance estimated from the site coordinates. Transit follows EU drivers' hours at 650 km a day, plus a day where the lane needs a ferry.
