Carrier requirements and vetting
Every carrier checked before their first load.
How We Check Carriers
Every carrier in our network is vetted before their first load.
| What we verify | Before the first load |
|---|---|
| Operating licence | Valid |
| CMR liability insurance | Certificate confirmed |
| Fleet | Condition and age |
| Financial stability | Through credit checks |
We track every carrier on four things. Fall below the line on any of these and you are out of the network.
| What we track | The question |
|---|---|
| Punctuality | Did they show up on time? |
| Condition | Did the cargo arrive undamaged? |
| Reachability | Did they answer the phone when we called? |
| Conduct | Was the driver professional at the customer site? |
Network Scale
Carriers are checked before the first load and matched by equipment, lane and ADR capability. If your route is unusual, we find capacity. You never hear "sorry, we do not cover that lane."
Backup Capacity
We keep multiple carriers on every corridor. Your primary carrier no-shows at 6 AM? We have a backup carrier already on that corridor, not a search starting from zero. You do not even need to know it happened.
Carrier Requirements
Minimum standards for all transport partners in our network.
Insurance
CMR liability insurance verified for every carrier. Extended coverage arranged on request for high-value cargo. All policies confirmed before first load and reviewed annually.
Fleet Standards
Euro 6 emission standards minimum. CMR insurance verified on all carriers. Maximum fleet age 8 years. Regular maintenance documentation required.
Compliance
Valid EU operating licence. Driver CPC certification. Tachograph compliance. ADR certification where applicable. Financial credit check passed.
