What we verify before your first load
All of it, in one place, so you can see whether this is worth your time before you start uploading anything.
The company
| Requirement | What we ask for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Legal entity | Registered company name, registration number, country and VAT number. | We contract with a company, not an individual. |
| Registration document | Current extract from the commercial register or national equivalent. | Confirms the entity is real and currently trading. |
| Transport licence | EU Community Licence, or the national operator licence where the movement does not need a Community Licence. | The carriage has to be lawful. |
| Operations contact | A named person, reachable during operating hours. | Someone has to be able to answer when a load changes. |
| Accounts contact | Where invoices and remittances go. | So payment does not stall on an address. |
Insurance
We require current CMR carrier liability cover and we verify the certificate before your first load. Cover has to be in force for the movements you take, and it is your responsibility to tell us if it lapses or changes.
The minimum sum we require is being set as policy and is not published here yet. If it matters to your decision, ask us at info@vektorgroup.eu and you will get the current position rather than a guess.
The vehicles
We do not publish a blanket equipment standard, because the freight sets the requirement rather than the other way round. What we need is an accurate picture of what you run, so we can match it.
| What we record | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tractor units | How many, and where they are based. |
| Trailers by type | Curtainsider, box, mega, reefer, flatbed, low loader, tank, silo. |
| Payload | Per combination, because this is what rules loads in or out. |
| Internal dimensions | Length, width, usable height and deck height where relevant. |
| Tank detail | Lining, compartments, capacity, pump or compressor. |
| Reefer detail | Temperature range and whether the unit records. |
| Telematics | Preferred, not required. It shortens the questions in transit. |
The equipment page sets out how this profile is used when freight is matched.
ADR, where the work needs it
If you want ADR work, we need the driver certificate for the relevant classes, the awareness training records, the vehicle approval certificate for tanks and the equipment the entry requires. Your safety adviser has to be appointed. The ADR page lists each item against the provision it comes from.
What we expect once you are running
Reachable
By phone or WhatsApp during operating hours, and at the number you gave us.
Accurate acceptance
Take the loads you can actually run. A load handed back late costs more than one declined at the offer.
Clean paperwork
Signed CMR and proof of delivery, returned promptly and legibly.
Say it early
A delay told at nine in the morning is a problem. Told at six in the evening it is a claim.
Your capacity, our freight network
Tell us what you run and where you run it. We come back when there is freight that fits, not before.
