Deliverable
What you receive
An audit report as a PDF: each finding with the evidence seen, the ADR provision and a priority.
An action register in a spreadsheet, with an owner and a date column for each action.
A statement of what was not covered, so the audit is never read as wider than it was.

The boundary
Company, sites and activities in scope, for example consigning and loading at one warehouse.
Evidence
Training records, transport documents, procedures and loading checks, as files.
Your roles
Consignor, loader, filler, carrier or more than one, because the duties differ.
Remote or on site
Most evidence can be read remotely; site work is quoted separately where it is needed.
It suits companies preparing for an inspection, a customer audit or a new safety adviser, that want to know where they stand. It is not a certification and no audit can promise a clean inspection.

No document, assessment or audit guarantees that a carrier accepts a load, that an inspection finds nothing or that an authority agrees with a reading.
What we promise is the work in the quote, done against the ADR text in force, with every assumption and open point written down.
