ADR Transport Document Preparation
ADR transport document preparation for one road consignment, written from the facts you give us and checked against the particulars ADR 5.4.1 requires.
You receive a printable document ready for the consignor to sign, with the assumptions written on it.
Deliverable
What you receive
A transport document for your consignment as a PDF: UN number, proper shipping name, label models, packing group, tunnel restriction code, number and description of packages, total quantity, consignor and consignee.
A short note listing what we assumed and any input that is still open, so nothing is filled in silently.
Where the consignment uses an exemption, such as limited quantities or the 1.1.3.6 calculation, the document carries the wording that exemption requires.

UN numbers and products
The UN number decides the line on the document, so we need it per product, with the safety data sheet if you have one.
Quantities and packaging
Per package type, because quantity and packaging decide which exemptions are possible.
Route
Loading, delivery and transit countries, for the tunnel code and any national rule.
Consignor and consignee
The legal names and addresses that go on the document.
It suits consignors and forwarders who move packaged dangerous goods by road now and then and want each document right first time. It is not for classifying an unknown substance; that needs a classification, not a document.

Limits
What we do not promise
No document, assessment or audit guarantees that a carrier accepts a load, that an inspection finds nothing or that an authority agrees with a reading.
What we promise is the work in the quote, done against the ADR text in force, with every assumption and open point written down.
