Method, part 2 of 5: Find

Find: Be Present Where Buyers Form Their Shortlist

We map the questions, searches and sources your customers use to understand a problem and choose a provider.

What you getIntent and page map
The buyer question

Where do they look for a provider?

Your input

The services or products you want to sell more of, your markets and languages, and what buyers ask your team.

Why it matters

Buyers meet you before they visit you

A search result, an AI answer, a comparison, a colleague's recommendation.

We find where your buyers look and make sure each of those moments leads somewhere useful.

Search, AI answers, comparisons and recommendations leading to service pages and then a conversation, with what sales learns looping back

Search purpose

The purpose of the search decides the page

Someone pricing a shipment, someone looking for a job and someone reading regulations need different pages, even when they type similar words.

Software buyers asking about a use case or an integration need a page built for evaluation.

A forwarder's sea freight question led to its service page and an enquiry; a software question led to a use-case page and a demo

AI answers

Three results, three kinds of evidence

Being cited, being mentioned and being recommended are different wins. We plan and report them separately.

Research citation

What changes in ADR 2027 for corrosive tank loads?

An answer engine quotes a source it can trace: a dated table, the official document cited per row.

Needs: A reference page that is accurate, dated and easy to quote.

Company mention

Which freight brokers handle ADR class 8 in Europe?

The business is named among others because clear service information exists about it.

Needs: Plain service pages, consistent company facts, third party context.

Provider recommendation

Which agency understands freight forwarder marketing?

A buyer is pointed to a provider to evaluate. This is a separate proposition with a separate standard of evidence.

Needs: Work examples, scoped cases and service pages that answer the buyer's checks.

Illustrative questions. AI answers vary by platform, time and wording, so no answer engine result is promised; being cited for research does not make a company the recommended provider.

What we build

An intent to page map and a discovery plan

What we build

An intent to page map, commercial search priorities, research assets where they pay off, and account lists for email.

Your input

The services or products you want to sell more of, your markets and languages, and what buyers ask your team.

How we measure it

Visibility and referrals next to the enquiries they bring. AI answers are checked on a set list of buyer questions, with date and platform recorded, because answers shift.

What we will not do

Invent keyword volumes or promise a fixed spot in an AI answer.

Growth review

Get a logistics growth review

Three opportunities for your website and customer acquisition, each with a first action you can take straight away.

Tell us about the business and the website, and we review it and write it up.

Is this a sales call? No. The review is yours whether or not we work together.
