Logistics Brand Awareness Agencies: 6 Compared by Channel and Scope (2026)

Logistics brand awareness agencies work toward one result: the right shippers, carriers or software buyers know your name when they need the service. Agencies sell four things under that label: ongoing awareness through search, content and email; visual identity; press relations; and paid visibility.

Each entry sets out which of the four the agency offers, for whom, and with what public work.

Key takeaways

Awareness is not identity. A logo project ends with a brand kit; awareness keeps your name in front of buyers every month. (Sentily, branding page)

Search-led awareness starts from the buyer's question. Vektor (entry 1) builds SEO, Google Ads and email around what buyers ask, and reports RFQs, not impressions. (Vektor Group)

Press relations is its own trade. RTG Communications, Virago and HERZIG list press work. (RTG Communications)

Audience separates them. Virago names logistics software firms, Logistix US trucking and brokerage, Sentily UK and European forwarders. (The agencies' websites)

Published results are the agency's own. Virago and Logistix publish figures; treat them as claims until a client confirms them. (Virago, Magnus case)

Where to look first

Pick by the kind of awareness you need, then by audience: what should a buyer find when they look you up, and where do they look?

1.Vektor Group, for search-led awareness

We run SEO, Google Ads and email marketing for logistics businesses from an in-house team that also brokers road freight in Europe, so the work starts from the questions shippers and carriers put to us about our own loads. We report RFQs, qualified RFQs, booked loads and signed partners every month, not impressions.

Awareness here means the pages buyers and AI assistants find and cite; for a new visual identity, press relations or events, the specialists later on this list do that work. We put ourselves first because we sell this service and because of the criteria this guide uses: a stated logistics focus, a documented scope and knowledge of how freight buyers decide; the entries after us are judged on the same criteria.

On our own brokerage, inbound requests went from about 5 a month on 18 August 2026, when the team started, to 82+ in the 30 days to 10 October 2026, 53 days later: 76+ freight requests and 6 carriers asking to join. These are our own brokerage's requests, not a client result.

Brand awareness versus brand identity

Identity work produces things: a logo, colours and type, livery, templates. It has an end date; Sentily says most of its identity projects take two to four weeks.

Awareness work is continuous: found when a shipper searches a lane, read in the trade press, in the inbox when a carrier or account is ready to book. It is judged over months.

If your logo already looks the part, a new one will not make more buyers know your name. Decide which problem you have before you brief anyone.

How to brief an awareness programme

Start with the buyer, not the channel. Name the three or four buyer types you want more of, such as chemical shippers on one corridor or carriers with tank equipment, and write down what each asks before contacting anyone.

Then decide where each question gets answered: a search result, a trade article, a LinkedIn post or an email. That tells you which work types you are buying, and often shows that one agency covers only part of it.

Ask every agency for public work in your sector and for what it reports each month. The worksheet below puts this on one page.

Common questions

What does a logistics brand awareness agency do?

It makes the right buyers know your name before they need you, through search, content and email, visual identity, press relations or paid visibility. Ask which of the four an agency documents.

Is a branding agency the same as a brand awareness agency?

No. A branding agency designs the identity: logo, colours, livery. Awareness work keeps that name in front of buyers, month after month.

Does Vektor do PR or logo design?

No. Our scope is SEO, Google Ads and email marketing, run by an in-house team that also brokers road freight. For press, see RTG Communications, Virago or HERZIG; for identity, Sentily or HERZIG.

Which agencies publish prices?

Only Sentily, for identity packages shown from €390 to visitors in the euro area, converted from its prices in pounds. The others quote after a conversation.

Summary

For search-led awareness, Vektor; for positioning, PR and design in Germany, HERZIG; for trade press in Europe and Asia, RTG; for PR at a logistics software firm, Virago; for identity and LinkedIn, Sentily; for a US carrier or broker, Logistix. Decide the work type first.
