HubSpot Partners for Logistics and Supply Chain, Compared by Project

HubSpot partners for logistics and supply chain businesses are easy to find and hard to compare, because a tier on HubSpot's directory says nothing about freight. These eleven Solutions Partners each show a logistics project, from a 3PL's CRM replacement and a broker's migration to a warehouse software website.

Each entry sets out the tier HubSpot lists, the logistics project, the kind of HubSpot work it shows and what to confirm before you sign. HubSpot's licence and the partner's fee are separate bills, and the section on licence and partner fees below shows both.

Key takeaways

The tier is HubSpot's; the logistics evidence is the project. HubSpot lists four of these partners as Diamond, four as Elite and three as Platinum, and no tier names an industry. (HubSpot Solutions Partner directory)

Separate five kinds of HubSpot work. CRM implementation, CRM migration, integration, marketing automation and a Content Hub website are different projects, and a partner strong in one may show nothing in another. (Vektor Group)

A website project is not CRM evidence. 6Minded's Consafe Logistics work is a Content Hub website rebuild, not a CRM migration or integration. (6Minded, Consafe Logistics case)

One partner here says it works only in supply chain and transport. LeadCoverage says it works exclusively with supply chain and transportation companies and integrates HubSpot with TMS, OMS and ERP systems. (LeadCoverage)

HubSpot's licence and onboarding come before any partner fee. HubSpot lists Sales Hub Professional from $100 a month per seat, with a required onboarding fee of $1,500 charged once. (HubSpot product catalogue)

Three partners publish fees. The RevOps Shop puts full scope CRM implementations at $25K to $80K, Orange Marketing starts onboarding packages at $4,950 and BabelQuest starts retainers at £1,305 a month. (The RevOps Shop; Orange Marketing; BabelQuest)

Few reported results say how they were counted. Ekol Logistics' win rate rise from 16% to 20% is published without a measurement period, and LeadCoverage does not say how it attributed $2 million in revenue to Warrior Logistics' HubSpot work. (HubSpot, Ekol Logistics case; LeadCoverage press release)

A freight CRM needs freight records. Aptitude 8 built a custom RFP object for a freight provider, and Plus Your Business built a freight vehicle availability calendar for FLS. (Aptitude 8; Plus Your Business)

1.Vektor Group, for the search and email work that feeds a HubSpot portal

We run SEO, Google Ads and email marketing for logistics businesses from an in-house team that also brokers road freight in Europe, so the work starts from the questions shippers and carriers put to us about our own loads. We report RFQs, qualified RFQs, booked loads and signed partners every month, not impressions.

We do not implement HubSpot. If your portal needs the campaigns that fill it, that is our part; the partners below migrate, configure and integrate the CRM. We put ourselves first as the complementary option, not as a qualified provider of this service; the entries after us are judged on the criteria this guide uses.

On our own brokerage, inbound requests went from about 5 a month on 18 August 2026, when the team started, to 82+ in the 30 days to 10 October 2026, 53 days later: 76+ freight requests and 6 carriers asking to join. These are our own brokerage's requests, not a client result.

2.Cloudfresh, for a 3PL replacing its CRM across countries

HubSpot's own case study names Cloudfresh as the partner that moved Ekol Logistics, an international 3PL working in 13 countries, off a CRM it had outgrown and onto HubSpot Customer Platform Professional. Cloudfresh connected email, LinkedIn, calendars, telephony and the website, routed leads to sales staff by customer details and built dashboards in Data Hub.

HubSpot reports that Ekol's win rate rose from 16% to 20% and that lead response time fell from a full day to 60 minutes, without a measurement period. HubSpot lists Cloudfresh as a Diamond Solutions Partner with offices in Poland, France, Czechia, the Netherlands and Ukraine.

3.BabelQuest, for an enterprise CRM tied to the ERP

BabelQuest implemented HubSpot's CRM Suite Enterprise for Unipart Group, an industrial and logistics group working in 21 countries, putting its divisions on one deal pipeline and one sales process integrated with SAP. BabelQuest says it finished in six months against its own estimate of a year, and estimates the group saved at least £250k in internal time.

Its logistics page also names AJW Group, an aviation supply chain business, and Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe as clients. HubSpot lists BabelQuest as an Elite Solutions Partner based in Abingdon, England, and BabelQuest says a licence bought through it costs the same as buying from HubSpot.

4.LeadCoverage, for HubSpot built around freight systems

LeadCoverage says it works exclusively with supply chain and transportation companies, and that it sets up, audits, rebuilds and runs HubSpot with TMS, OMS and ERP integration. Its forwarder case, with the client unnamed, links HubSpot to CargoWise, Infor, CanData and Outlook for 56 users, routes leads by territory and vertical and keeps carrier contacts out of the sales pipeline.

That case describes the project as in implementation with launch targeted for 1 April 2026, and publishes no outcome. In its own October 2025 press release LeadCoverage names Warrior Logistics, a Texas transportation company, and says it generated $2 million in revenue within six months of integrating HubSpot; HubSpot lists LeadCoverage as a Diamond Solutions Partner in Atlanta.

5.The RevOps Shop, for a broker's CRM migration on a deadline

The RevOps Shop moved Worldwide Logistics, a national freight brokerage, onto HubSpot before the contract for its old CRM ran out, and reports ten weeks from kickoff to launch. It then built new business, pricing, onboarding and expansion pipelines, with a rule that the pricing team will not quote a deal that is not in the CRM.

A qualifying deal now creates a pricing request for the right owner automatically. HubSpot lists the firm as a Platinum Solutions Partner working remotely; it says its team are former HubSpot employees working US hours, and that full scope implementations typically cost $25K to $80K.

6.Aptitude 8, for migrations and custom freight records

Aptitude 8 publishes two logistics cases without naming the clients. For a North American freight provider with over 300 staff it built a custom RFP object and linked HubSpot to NetSuite, Microsoft Fabric and the Front inbox; for a platform that connects shippers and carriers it merged Marketo and Pardot into HubSpot over six months.

It puts that migration at over a million assets and estimates a saving of $180,000 a year on the previous software. Its HubSpot listing names Uber Freight among its clients, and HubSpot lists it as an Elite Solutions Partner in Wilmington, Delaware.

7.Plus Your Business, for a move off spreadsheets with carrier portal links

Plus Your Business moved Freight Logistics Solutions, a freight business that ran clients, suppliers and leads on separate spreadsheets after earlier CRM attempts failed, onto HubSpot. The build integrated its carrier portal and added custom objects, including a freight vehicle availability calendar; FLS's other systems include a client portal, an Azure data warehouse and an in house quote engine.

FLS's data and technology director reports more quote conversions after automation, but the May 2024 case gives no figure. HubSpot lists Plus Your Business as an Elite Solutions Partner working remotely across the UK, the US and Europe.

8.BBD Boom, for guided onboarding of a freight sales team

BBD Boom took Countrywide Freight, an Irish sea freight business founded in 1976 that serves the UK and Ireland, through its guided HubSpot onboarding. The work was one to one guidance and interactive training on a new sales CRM, and the sales team took up automated follow up sequences and task management.

The case publishes no figures and mentions a possible later move to Marketing Hub Professional. HubSpot lists BBD Boom as an Elite Solutions Partner in Poole, England, working in eight languages.

9.Blue Dragon, for marketing automation beside Salesforce

Blue Dragon set HubSpot up as Bleckmann's marketing hub after the omnichannel logistics company decided in 2022 to renew its website and parts of its marketing. The work added automated processes, lead nurturing and a blog hosted in HubSpot, and connected HubSpot to Salesforce, which Bleckmann uses for sales.

Bleckmann's marketing and communication manager credits Blue Dragon's training sessions with making the team self reliant in HubSpot. HubSpot lists Blue Dragon as a Platinum Solutions Partner in 's-Hertogenbosch, working in Dutch and English.

10.inboundfriends, for logistics software firms selling in German and English

inboundfriends works with Riege Software, which makes cloud transport management software for freight forwarders and customs clearance. The project covers brand positioning, a marketing and sales strategy, HubSpot integration across Marketing, Sales and Content Hub, LinkedIn and Google Ads, website development and a lead nurturing process.

The case reports a sharper brand position and a measurable marketing stack, without figures. HubSpot lists inboundfriends as a Platinum Solutions Partner serving Europe, the Middle East and Africa in German and English.

11.6Minded, for a website on HubSpot Content Hub

6Minded rebuilt the website of Consafe Logistics, a warehouse management software company already using Marketing Hub, on HubSpot Content Hub. The work restructured navigation, simplified the design, sped up page loads and added an office map, event agendas and questionnaire forms.

6Minded and HubSpot both report a 36% rise in conversions from all sources within six months of launch, though HubSpot calls it session to contact conversion and the headline figures on 6Minded's own case give 76% for that measure. HubSpot lists 6Minded as a Diamond Solutions Partner with transportation and storage among its industries; this project shows website work, not CRM migration or integration.

12.Orange Marketing, for portal audits and inbound programmes

Orange Marketing began with an audit of FreightPOP's HubSpot portal and went on to run its inbound programme: blog posts, content offers, lead scoring and nurturing, paid promotion and revised sales workflows. FreightPOP sells shipping software to manufacturers, distributors, retailers and 3PLs.

The case, published in March 2020, reports organic traffic up 72%, new contacts up 117% and deals up 133% over one year. HubSpot lists Orange Marketing as a Diamond Solutions Partner serving North America, and it publishes onboarding packages from $4,950 for each Professional hub and data migration from $950.

Five kinds of HubSpot work, and the projects that show each

A HubSpot project for a logistics business is usually one of five things, and a partner with a record in one may have none in another. A Content Hub website is not evidence of a CRM migration, and a marketing automation build is not evidence of a TMS integration.

Licence fees and partner fees are separate bills

HubSpot bills the software licence, and for Professional and Enterprise editions of Marketing Hub and Sales Hub it lists a required onboarding fee of its own, charged once. The partner's fee for implementation, migration or integration is a separate bill, and media spend for any ads is a third cost.

The HubSpot figures below are US dollar list prices from its product catalogue; prices in other currencies, discounts and promotions differ. Ask each partner whether its onboarding replaces HubSpot's required onboarding fee or is added to it, and get the answer in writing.

Where HubSpot stops and the TMS starts

A freight CRM needs some operational data, such as last shipment date, margin or credit approval, but it should not hold every shipment. LeadCoverage's stated rule is that HubSpot should never become the TMS, and its forwarder project shows sellers three CargoWise fields rather than syncing everything.

Aptitude 8's freight client receives credit approval and booking data from NetSuite, and data from its Fabric data lake every 15 minutes. Agree before you sign which fields cross, in which direction, how often, and who owns the connection when it fails.

Common questions

What does a HubSpot implementation partner do for a logistics company?

It sets up HubSpot's CRM, hubs and integrations around how you sell freight: pipelines for quotes and onboarding, lead routing, reports and links to your TMS or ERP. Some partners here also build websites or run campaigns, so ask which part of their logistics work matches yours.

How much does HubSpot implementation cost?

There are two bills. HubSpot lists Sales Hub Professional from $100 a month per seat with a required $1,500 onboarding fee, and Marketing Hub Professional from $890 a month with a required $3,000 onboarding fee; the partner's fee is separate. The RevOps Shop puts full scope implementations at $25K to $80K, Orange Marketing starts onboarding packages at $4,950, BabelQuest starts retainers at £1,305 a month, and the other eight partners here publish no fee of their own.

Does a Diamond or Elite tier mean a partner knows logistics?

No. The tier is a status in HubSpot's partner programme and does not name an industry. Look for a logistics project that shows the kind of work you need, then speak to that client.

Should HubSpot replace our TMS?

LeadCoverage's answer is no: its stated rule is that HubSpot should never become the TMS. Its forwarder project and Aptitude 8's freight client bring selected operational data, such as last shipment date or credit approval, into HubSpot so sellers can act on it.

Is a HubSpot website project evidence of CRM skills?

No. 6Minded's Consafe Logistics work is a Content Hub website rebuild; it shows website and conversion work, not CRM migration or integration. Ask any partner for a project that matches the kind of work you are buying.

Can we buy the HubSpot licence through a partner?

BabelQuest says clients can buy their HubSpot subscription through it at the same price as buying from HubSpot. HubSpot's terms also provide partner seats for a Solutions Partner you are working with; agree who holds admin rights if the contract ends.

Is Vektor a HubSpot partner?

No. We are not a HubSpot Solutions Partner and do not sell CRM implementation. Our marketing work is SEO, Google Ads and email marketing, which can bring enquiries into a CRM that a partner on this list builds.

Summary

For a 3PL or forwarder replacing a CRM across countries, compare Cloudfresh and BabelQuest; for CRM work tied to CargoWise, NetSuite or another operational system, LeadCoverage and Aptitude 8; for a broker migrating on a deadline, The RevOps Shop; for a move off spreadsheets with freight records, Plus Your Business; for guided onboarding, BBD Boom; for marketing automation beside Salesforce, Blue Dragon; for logistics software firms, inboundfriends and Orange Marketing; for a Content Hub website, 6Minded. Send each the same brief, price HubSpot's licence separately from the partner's fee, and add Vektor if you also want search, Google Ads or email to bring in the enquiries.
