Logistics Marketing Podcasts and Newsletters: 8 Active Resources (2026)

Logistics marketing podcasts, newsletters and blogs are a small field once general freight news is set aside. These eight cover marketing or selling in freight, logistics and supply chain, and each has published since July 2026.

Each entry names the publisher, who it is for, the date of its latest episode or post, how to access it and one representative episode or post.

Key takeaways

Three podcasts are about logistics marketing itself. FR8 Marketing Gurus, TMSA's On the Move and The Supply Chain Marketing Show are built around marketing and sales in transport and supply chain. (Virago Marketing, TMSA, SupplyChainBrain Media)

Broker sales has its own shelf. Freight 360 and Freight Sales Content teach prospecting, follow up and sales management to US freight brokers and agents. (Freight 360, Salesdash CRM)

Everyone publishing here sells to the same audience. The publishers are agencies and media firms, a CRM vendor, a broker training firm, an association and us, which shapes the guests and tools you hear about. (The publishers' websites)

Publishing rhythm differs widely. TMSA and Freight 360 publish most weeks, The Supply Chain Marketing Show about once a month, and FR8 Marketing Gurus' latest episode is dated 20 July 2026. (The shows' episode feeds)

All eight are free to hear or read. The newsletters ask for an email address, and TMSA's benchmarking study, unlike its podcast, is for members only. (TMSA, benchmarking study page)

1.Vektor buyer guides, for choosing a logistics marketing agency

Our buyer guides compare logistics marketing agencies by service, from SEO, Google Ads and email to content, website builds, HubSpot, account-based marketing and PR, with tools for briefing and measuring the work. The guides set out what each agency offers, the work it names, any published fees and what to ask before signing, and several include a blank brief or worksheet to send to agencies. We sell SEO, Google Ads and email marketing ourselves and place our own entry first in each guide, saying why.

2.FR8 Marketing Gurus, a marketing podcast for transport and logistics

Virago Marketing, an agency that works in trucking and logistics, publishes the show, and its chief executive Jennie Malafarina hosts it. Guests are marketers, sales leaders and freight technology founders, and topics run from intent data and lead quality to events, LinkedIn and AI search. In Quality vs Quantity: Finding the Balance in MQLs and SQLs (13 July 2026), a revenue leader makes the case for a sales accepted lead stage between marketing and sales.

3.Everything is Logistics, a marketing and sales collection inside a wider show

Blythe Brumleve Milligan hosts Everything is Logistics, which now covers how goods and people move in general; its Logistics Marketing & Sales page gathers the episodes on strategy, cold outreach, personal brand and TMSA research. The page calls marketing and sales the show's original beat and offers a newsletter with new marketing and sales episodes and research roundups. In Everyone Has the Same Marketing Tools (1 September 2026), a brand manager at SPI Logistics explains why, once every team had the same AI tools, he started filming real staff instead.

4.TMSA On the Move, the association's sales and marketing podcast

The Transportation Marketing and Sales Association records On the Move live on its social channels on Wednesdays and then releases it as a podcast; Jennifer Karpus-Romain hosts recent episodes. Guests cover marketing, sales, customer success and carrier relations, and the association's blog adds posts such as How to Fix Sales and Marketing Alignment in Logistics (20 August 2026). In People-First AI (2 September 2026), Robin Huling discusses how marketing teams can use AI without losing the human side of the work.

5.The Supply Chain Marketing Show, monthly episodes on brand, content and social

SupplyChainBrain Media publishes this video podcast for supply chain marketing professionals, and Ralph Henderson hosts it. It describes itself as professional development on lead generation, branding, content, SEO, online strategy and earned media, the same areas the publisher sells as marketing programmes. Stop Tagging Like It's 2018 (5 May 2026) argues that social platforms now reward plain conversation over strings of hashtags.

6.Freight 360, freight broker sales training as a podcast

Nate Cross and Benjamin Kowalski host a main episode on Fridays and a Tuesday question and answer series, The Final Mile, for people building a freight brokerage book of business. Sales episodes cover prospecting shippers, cold calls, follow up and answering ignored quotes, alongside regulation, fraud and market updates. How Freight Brokers Find Customers (episode 348, 3 July 2026) separates lead generation from prospecting and covers building lead lists by niche.

Josh Lyles, founder of Salesdash, a CRM for freight brokerage sales teams, interviews sales leaders and consultants and posts short clips between full episodes. Topics include rep accountability, follow up, sales training and revenue operations at brokerages. In Why Freight Sales Teams Struggle (25 August 2026), consultant Eileen Dabrowski discusses training, accountability without micromanagement and a repeatable sales process.

Marketing shows and sales shows do different jobs

The marketing shows cover brand, content, social, events and lead quality, usually with marketers from carriers, brokers and freight technology firms. They suit whoever owns the website, the LinkedIn page and the trade show budget.

The broker sales shows cover call lists, follow up, quote responses and rep accountability. A marketer at a brokerage gains from them too, because they show what the sales team is taught to do with the leads marketing sends.

Lead quality is where the two meet. FR8 Marketing Gurus gives an episode to the stage between a marketing qualified and a sales qualified lead, and TMSA's blog takes on sales and marketing alignment directly.

Who publishes these resources, and why it matters

Every resource here comes from an organisation that sells to the same audience: marketing agencies and media firms (Virago, Drop & Hook, SupplyChainBrain Media, Everything is Logistics), a CRM vendor (Salesdash), a broker training firm (Freight 360), a membership association (TMSA) and us.

That is normal in a niche this size and does not make the advice wrong, but it shapes which guests are invited and which tools come up. Sponsor reads and partner lists are public, so look at them before you act on a product recommendation.

What this list leaves out

General freight news, such as FreightWaves and Freight Caviar, is left out because it reports the market rather than teaching marketing or selling. Generic marketing podcasts are left out for the same reason: useful, but not about freight buyers.

Associations and public operational resources sit in our separate logistics associations and libraries guide. Shows that have stopped publishing are left out until they return, such as FreightWaves' Put That Coffee Down, whose latest episode is from September 2023.

All eight are in English, and most guests and examples in the seven outside resources come from the US freight market. German language shows such as Logistikgeschichten tell company stories rather than teach marketing, so European marketers will need to adapt the US examples to their own buyers and channels.

Use one row per episode or post you want to act on. A tactic earns a test only when you can say who made the claim, what evidence they gave and whether it fits your business.

Common questions

Are there podcasts about logistics marketing specifically?

Yes, a handful. FR8 Marketing Gurus, TMSA's On the Move and The Supply Chain Marketing Show are built around marketing and sales in transport and supply chain, and Everything is Logistics keeps a marketing and sales collection inside a wider show.

Which podcasts teach freight broker sales?

Freight 360 and Freight Sales Content focus on brokerage sales: prospecting shippers, follow up, rep accountability and sales management. Both are made for US brokers and agents.

Is there a newsletter for logistics marketers?

Everything is Logistics offers a newsletter with new marketing and sales episodes and research roundups, Drop & Hook sends a monthly marketing newsletter, and Freight 360 offers a weekly newsletter. All three ask for an email address to subscribe.

Can I appear as a guest on these shows?

TMSA's podcast page invites guest speaker applications; for the others, contact the publisher through its website. Several of these shows carry sponsors, and a paid appearance is advertising, not editorial coverage.

Why are there no European podcasts or newsletters?

Apart from our own guides, the resources that publish regularly on logistics marketing or sales are North American. German language shows such as Logistikgeschichten tell logistics company stories rather than teach marketing; a European podcast or newsletter joins this list when one publishes regularly on the subject.

Summary

Marketers at carriers, brokers and 3PLs can start with FR8 Marketing Gurus and TMSA's On the Move; supply chain marketers with The Supply Chain Marketing Show; and anyone who wants marketing inside a wider freight show with Everything is Logistics. Brokerage sales teams have Freight 360 and Freight Sales Content, Drop & Hook covers written guides, and our buyer guides help when the next step is hiring an agency.
