Marketing Built Around How Logistics Business Is Won

Marketing for carriers, forwarders and logistics software companies, from the team that built every page Vektor Group's own brokerage wins its work with.

What happens after the enquiry should shape what we build before it.

Our own numbers

From about 5 inbound requests a month to 82+, in 53 days.

On 18 August 2026 our brokerage was getting about five quote requests a month. We brought the marketing in-house and rebuilt the site around how shippers and carriers actually buy.

53 days later it was 82+ a month: in the 30 days to 10 October 2026, 76+ freight requests from shippers and forwarders asking us to move their loads, and 6 carriers asking to join our network.

A small stack of about five slips joined by an orange string to a tall stack: about 5 quote requests a month on 18 August 2026, 82 or more in the 30 days to 10 October 2026, 53 days later: 76 or more freight requests from shippers and forwarders and 6 carriers asking to join the network

Our own brokerage

Vektor Group is our case study.

We did not learn logistics marketing from a client brief. We built a freight brokerage, then built the website that brings in its shippers, forwarders and carriers.

Every page here is live, and every one was made in-house.

The challenge

Sell freight that is hard to price compare, ADR class 8 in rubber-lined tanks, flammables, pharma and temperature controlled loads, without a sales team making cold calls.

What we built

A page for every requirement and lane, an enquiry flow that qualifies before it asks for contact details, carrier recruitment pages and an ADR research library that sector bodies link to.

What it does

Shippers, forwarders and carriers find us and get in touch through the website.

What you get

A team that knows which questions decide whether a request can be priced, and which pages bring in work a desk can actually serve.

Where your buyers look

Your next customer asks a search engine and an AI assistant before they ask you.

A shipper compares carriers in Google and asks ChatGPT which forwarders handle ADR loads into Germany. A planner asks Perplexity which dock scheduling tools connect to their warehouse system. We build what each of them finds.

Questions buyers ask, and what we build to answer them

  • adr tank transport rotterdam to germany

A lane and equipment page that answers the checks

  • Which forwarders handle ADR loads into Germany?

Services and coverage stated plainly, with sources

  • Dock scheduling software that connects to SAP EWM

An integration page with the proof attached

  • temperature controlled transport benelux quote

A quote path that asks for what the desk needs

Example questions.

Commercial fit

A good enquiry is one you can actually serve.

A carrier needs loads it can run. A forwarder needs shippers that fit its network. A software company needs teams with the problem its product solves.

We pin that down first, then build the searches, pages, campaigns and follow-up around it.

What makes an enquiry commercially useful: service, equipment, geography, timing and priority for freight; use case, organisation, integrations, buying roles and adoption for software

More demand never fixes a capacity problem, so we start with what you already deliver well. How we define fit

The VEKTOR Demand System

Five decisions. One connected marketing system.

Fit picks the customers. Find puts you where they look. Prove gives them reasons to choose you.

Progress turns interest into a conversation. Improve feeds what sales learns back into the work.

SEO and AI discovery

Rank for the work you want

Shippers and software buyers search for a lane, a product or a regulation long before they call anyone. We build the pages that answer them, and make your business the one AI answers can quote.

Pay for searches that turn into work

Logistics software

Software marketing from people who work in logistics

Your buyers are dispatchers, warehouse leads and transport planners. We work alongside them every day.

We know the words they search, the checks they run and what makes them book a demo.

Who does the work

Rene Siller, and the team that built this site.

Rene started a marketing agency about four years ago and had 35 clients within its first year, then stepped back when other businesses took over. Today he leads the in-house team behind Vektor Group’s brokerage site, its research library and the enquiry flow on this page.

Your enquiry goes to him. The growth review is written by someone who has done the work on a business of our own.

Disclosure

We run freight too. Here is how we keep it separate.

Vektor Group runs a road freight brokerage. If you are a carrier or a forwarder, you will want to know how that sits alongside your marketing.

Your enquiries

Enquiries from your marketing go to your forms, your inbox and your systems. They are not routed to our freight desk.

Accounts and data

Ad accounts, analytics and content are set up in your name where possible. Who owns what is agreed in writing before work starts.

Where we overlap

Where our brokerage and your services could meet, we name it before we start, and you decide whether to go ahead.

These are the terms we propose. The engagement agreement binds both sides.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Who do you work with?

Carriers, freight forwarders, specialist logistics services and logistics software companies. If your operation delivers and you want more of the right work, we should talk.

What do you commit to?

A plan built around the customers you want, work delivered on agreed dates, and a monthly review of enquiry quality with the next actions.

Who owns the accounts and the work?

You do. Ad accounts, analytics, pages and email lists sit in your name, and who owns what is agreed in writing before we start.

Is Google Ads media spend part of the fee?

No. You pay Google directly for media. Our fee covers planning, setup and management.

How do you measure success?

By the enquiries that fit, the conversations they start and the business they turn into, tracked with your sales team. Traffic and clicks tell us where to look, not whether it worked.

How fast does it work?

Google Ads brings enquiries within weeks of launch. SEO and email build over months, and the plan shows what lands when.

Do you work with air and sea forwarders?

Yes. Our own brokerage moves road and ADR freight, and our marketing clients work in every mode.

Do I need to use your freight services?

No. Marketing, freight and research are separate. Using one never requires the others.
